Success on the Colorado real estate exam requires more than reading the material. Our library contains over 2,000 practice questions designed to help you build confidence, identify weak areas, and prepare for the style of questions found on the state exam.

Our Pass Guarantee Program is designed to reward students who fully prepare before taking the Colorado Real Estate Exam. To qualify, students must successfully complete A Plus Real Estate School's 168-hour licensing program and achieve a minimum score of 80% on both the school's National Final Exam and State Final Exam on their first attempt and take with in 30 days of obtaining their course certificate. If a qualifying student takes the Colorado Real Estate Exam and does not pass on their first attempt, A Plus Real Estate School will pay for the student's second state exam attempt and continue providing access to practice exams and study materials to help them prepare. Students who do not achieve the required 80% passing score on both school final exams may still continue using the school's practice exam system; however, they will not qualify for reimbursement of additional state exam attempts.

Completion time varies from student to student based on individual schedules and study habits. Colorado requires 168 hours of pre-licensing education, but because our online program is self-paced, you can progress as quickly or as gradually as your schedule allows. Some students complete the program in a matter of weeks, while others spread their studies over several months. Colorado regulations require students to complete the course and obtain their course completion certificate within one year of enrollment. Our Structured Learning System is designed to help you stay on track and move efficiently from enrollment to exam preparation.
